PHYSICAL GOODS POLICY (Fitness Accessories)

Return Window

You may request a return or refund for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Item must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.

Return Instructions

Step 1 – Contact Us

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

Step 2 – Authorization
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Step 3 – Ship the Item
Return the item following the provided instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs (Physical Goods)

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs

  • Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Physical Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
We will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Physical Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn fitness accessories

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Hygiene-sensitive products once opened (e.g., resistance bands used on skin, sweat gear)

DIGITAL GOODS POLICY

This section applies to any digital products sold on FittMart, including downloadable content, guides, or digital services.

Digital Product Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Digital products must be unused, unaccessed, and not downloaded

Non-Refundable Digital Goods

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Customized or personalized digital products

  • Digital products clearly marked as non-refundable

Defective Digital Products

If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or does not function as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a description or screenshot of the issue

We will issue a replacement or full refund, as appropriate.
